Thanks for your help, it's crazy that the only method for me to get help seems to be the goodwill of an offduty employee on an unofficial forum!!
This is what it looks like now:
As you can see, whatever it is started at ~2035 last night. I did try rebooting the hub shortly after that to no avail.
