Ofcom have advised Virgin Media customers who are unhappy with what VM offer them when their contract expires to leave and go elsewhere (after VM were the only company to refuse to sign up to a new code of conduct regarding pricing).
The best way is to flip flop between them if the one you're with doesn't play ball (and your happy with their product & customer service).
