As you seem to have so many problems that most people seemly don't have .Could the problem be you?

I had a problem last week ,phone took around 5 minutes new box within 48 hours. As unable to fixed via what ever means they employ. Great service . Ok a bit of pain at the time but these things happen. Smart TV came into its own !!!
