BREAKING: Sky News understands that Prime Minister, Boris Johnson will announce tonight that ALL of England will move in to a Tier 4 system, which means a national lockdown, everything closes except Schools and Universities and essential shops and construction businesses.

- Non-essential retail to close - though supermarkets won't have to cordon off any areas
- No mixing outside homes
- Schools and universities to remain open
- Construction and courts to remain open
