The man himself is hiding in his basement (Hiden Biden) because he is a stumbling wreck at words and memory. His campaign team are hiding him because of this. It just doesn't look good for the undecided voter, a man running for top office, Biden, is nowhere to be seen on the campaign trail a week before the election.
