I wouldn't be surprised if VM introduce the new regional variations of ITV (HD and +1) to their network, ensure they are happy they are working properly, and any move to 113 comes later. I'd be surprised if any 103/113 swap happened today.

I can't remember what happened with STV HD here, though I think it was already correct region HD before the swap.
