They show the average and the weight the polls by their quality, i.e how much they've deviated from the actual result when tested. So whereas Real Clear Politics which is just the average has Biden at 9.2 this one has him at 8.8
Those hundreds of polls have one clear message for Trump in November. "You're fired!"
