Now according to that quote above - from medical experts no less - by the time you go for a test you could have been spreading it around for a couple of days . . right?
Therefore everybody who tests positive should give detailed information about
everywhere they've been, and
everyone they've had contact with for the last 3 days . . do they? . . can they?
