I still have no idea what “BT homewifi are the wireless points” means, if you’re a Virgin cable subscriber and using Virgin cable internet. BT shouldn’t come into the picture at all.

If you can run Zoom with your VPN and you can’t without, then it has nothing to do with your home Wi-fi setup. Your internet service provider is blocking zoom for some reason.
