You could have got a different strain of a flu. You should speak to your doctor otherwise because you shouldn't get the flu from the vaccine, it's not how the vaccine works. Remember they give this to people who are immunocompromised (such as those on chemotherapy) so even if there was a 0.1% chance it the virus could replicated then it could be deadly, they kill the virsues ability to replicate
entirely.
Maybe your immune system didn't react well and it's reaction gave the symptoms of the flu or when you got the jab it was too late and you were already in the latency period having contracted it.
