It's a bit unfair having a dig at Boris - as certain people keep reminding us it's not the Government at fault but the useless civil servants. However, I wonder how many have been civil servants since before the General Election in 2010? Remember when we had a Labour government it was ALWAYS their fault and never the civil servants (and according to some here most of the problems we face now are still their doing). Double standards me thinks
