I've been around long enough to notice that many managers jump on and off the merry-go-round with alarming frequency. Clean jumps seem to give a better chance of a good landing than those who delay the jump and end up with a dirty footprint on their backside
It's like picking a piece of useless driftwood off the beach and throwing it back into the sea . . . you know it's going to turn up on a different beach tomorrow
