Will JJ20X has reported that Virgin are doing something with Sony Channel +1 old slot so it maybe early Food Network +1 tests.

As VH1 was broadcasting when MTV CLASSIC tests appeared on Virgin Media before MTV CLASSIC being given VH1 EPG slot when VH1 was axe in January.
