Despite both the shows you mention having first run on NBC, I believe overseas and other distribution rights were with Paramount for Frasier and Warner Bros with Friends. Hence big news in the US when Warner reclaimed Friends from Netfix for its launch of HBO Max.
Interesting thanks for this Andrew didnt know about the time warner and paramouth distribution.

The company said the new direct-to-consumer service will cost $6.99 per month and debut August 20 in Mexico, followed by Spain, Germany and the United Kingdom on September 17. $6.99?!?! hahaha i'd watch it for laughs but whos going to pay $6.99 when no one barely watched it in the UK when it was technically "free". hahahha. deary me!
