I suspect the new ‘Star’ platform will be wholly unrelated to Star India & Hotstar... I agree - it is most unlikely they will put Indian shows on there. The article says 'Disney is to launch a new international general entertainment streaming service' .

This will be instead of the Hulu strand that is available in the US, I believe.
