Only O2 doesn't use Huawei. BT/EE, Vodafone and 3 all use it.

Key downside of this descision is that the UK will lag its peers in 5G and there will be increased costs of a couple of £bn which will likely be passed onto customers. But if the UK got a free trade deal out of it, then it could be a price worth paying, assuming China doesn't penalise the UK eg reduction on student numbers to UK universities.
