I had a problem with TV reception, with breaking up of picture and sound and the screen going blank. The testing page was hard to access and CS had a long wait. Eventually, the system told me there was in issue in the area that was being fixed. After a couple of hours it was.

No problems with broadband in this part of Coventry.
