l rebooted it early this morning and still the error codes were showing but alas 20 minutes ago l rebooted them again and the error codes have disappeared now.

Thanks jo as thankfully things have sorted themselves out with the V6 boxes as we did not experience any picture and sound problems but l hope they have been sorted out by now for those who did have those problems..
