Took the plunge and allowed the May Update. MS have screwed up YET AGAIN. Same old problem of losing access to your user profile. Been happening for months.
When are MS GOING TO SORT IT OUT.
Managed to undo the update and then "hide" it, as otherwise it will simply install itself again.
No doubt all this to look forward to again in a months time.

I can find little about it and therefore little help.

The error code starts with a zero, not the letter O. A partial search for "0xc19a0" suggests problems with HP printers.
