Cell A1 = 0.5 (the R value)
Cell A2 = 250000 (the starting point for the number of UK infections)
Cell A3 = A2 * A1
Cell A4 = A3*A1
Cell A5 = A4*A1
etc.
I believe in R so long as it can be reasonably determined.
