There was talk at one stage, of Premiership Rugby doing this by using the Twickenham Marriot as quarantine.

It would tick a few boxes in terms of broadcast-TV, isolation and match completion.

Practicalities, realities and the domestic/international rugby calendar, that's a whole other story.
