The Government is to arrange for food parcels and other help to be sent free of charge for the most vulnerable members of society who have had to self isolate due to the coronavirus:

Details of eligible people will be gleaned from social security, medical records etc

It is inevitable that some will be missed, so if you are self isolating and think you might be eligible for this extra help, you can register here:
