VM to ditch contract engineer home visits
VM is to recruit 700 engineers to replace their contracted partners to "provide new and existing customers with a much improved experience when they have their services installed or issues fixed that require an engineer visit"

Pity they can't ditch the outsourced call centres, which cause far more aggravation.
