If there has been a plaster that matched my skin tone, then it would've been a coincidence and nothing more. I never got the slightest bit bothered whether it did or not. In fact in never would've occurred to me to be the slightest bit bothered. White people will now be criticised when forced to buy "non-white" plasters because the "white" plasters weren't available.
