Why should they be trained to repair the boxes? They are rented & all the same, so you just swap out a faulty one for a working one. Rather that than a tech spending far more time in your home taking a box apart & troubleshooting, then rummiging in the van through loads of spare parts for replacements. Had enough of that when we used to rent TVs from Visionhire!
