Continuing Network Problems in N9 London Area

I don’t know what’s happening in my part of the N9 London area but from having a really good service I’ve had 13 outages since August 18 – made worse for me today by going off at 11.30 and not coming back until after the West Ham v Spurs game.

Phoning 150 or the Service Status line has recently changed from giving an estimated fix time to a message stating the problem is really complex and taking longer to fix. I was a bit surprised to get this today when phoning in within a few minutes of losing service (is there a long standing fault?). Also there is an option to press 1 for text updates but selecting that tells you that you need to be home for tests to be performed on your equipment.

These are the outages I have had:

Aug 18/19 – 19.00-21.00 / 23.00-11.30
Aug 28/29 – 21.00-07.00 back briefly around 11pm
Sep 6 – 6.00/10.00
Sep 18 – 13.00/18.20
Sep 22 – 12.00/13.15 and intermittent in afternoon and evening
Sep 23 – Already down at 7.30 restored 13.15
Oct 10 – 11.45/19.00 TV remained intermittent until 20.00 when came internet back
Oct 15 – 10.35/12.20
Oct 22 – 13.00/13.45 internet only (possibly also down 4.00/6.00)
Nov 6 – 10.30/13.00 back briefly around 11.20-11.50
Nov 15 – 14.45/15.30
Nov 17 – 23.45/00.15
Nov 23 – 11.30/14.40
