So that explains why the Turner channels were in the list given this morning. No indication how long everyone gets them for though.
5 Nick channels are being added to Mix tier and 1 to Fun tier.

Further clarification: only the main Nickelodeon channel is Free To All customers for a period, not all the ones changing tiers today.

It's an interesting change, as it gives yet another good reason for Mix TV customers not to change to Mixit TV as they would lose so many channels, now even more.
