Just come up on the V6 section at the top of the menus.
As of Oct 1st

Universal moves channel 122
Sky Arts moves to 123
SYFY moves to 138
E! moves to 140
Discovery HD moves to 250(already there)
with more changes to be announced on the day
Eg What's happening to Pick on 123, Sky Witness+1 on 140, SYFY+1 on 136?
