The Political Declaration that went along with the Withdrawal Agreement, specifies that discussions on a future deal cannot even start until we leave. Therefore by blocking leaving the EU, the Remainers are the ones saying "no deal".
It can then correctly be argued that fulfilling "no to no deal", actually means leaving the EU.
There is no possibility of a deal until after we've left.
