Big news - the Viacom site which campaigned for VM to do a deal is no longer in existence. Going to keepmyviacom.co.uk now re-directs to viacom.com. This suggests a deal is close or has been done.

MTV does well with younger generations through reality shows like Geordie Shore, Catfish etc. The channel had to move away from music videos with the growth of the web but seems to be doing ok.
