The USA GDP growth forecast is 2.1% for 2019 (from 2.9% in 2018), 2% in 2020, and 1.8% in 2021.
Japan 0.9% in 2019, 0.7% in 2020, 0.6% in 2021.
Canada 1.9% in 2020, 1.8% 2021
