Nice place for a 2 day visit annually.
Is probably a great place to live for the rich and the wannabe celebrities.
Has some rubbish football teams.
Attracts some very dubious characters/investors.
Has a 'town hall' full of spivs & charlatans.
Should be put on the Endangered Species list.
