I have 2 V6 boxes it's working on one box/TV but not the other.
- Both are connected by WiFi
- I've never changed the router mode
- Directly connected by HDMI
- LG 40UB800V
- Video Output Format is defaulted

Re done the video output to 'auto detect' and it's now working
