I have 2 V6 boxes it's working on one box/TV but not the other.

  • Both are connected by WiFi
  • I've never changed the router mode
  • Directly connected by HDMI
  • LG 40UB800V
  • Video Output Format is defaulted

Re done the video output to 'auto detect' and it's now working
