Fifty years ago tonight, after a long hard slog as pub trainees at Swiss Cottage ( a pub) in London, a bunch of us decided to have a party and watch the moon landing on telly. Fortunately for me I was the only one who managed to stay awake long enough to see Neil Armstrong set foot on the moon, a moment I will treasure forever.
