I was not wrong about reference to 'all major TV platforms' but clearly my conclusion about Atlantic turned out to be incorrect.

Incidentally, one curious sentence appeared in Virgin's own press release. It states as one of the elements of the new deal:

'Increased on demand rights meaning that customers can dive deeper into Sky’s collection of films, shows and sports events'

So it is not impossible that we may get SA shows via on demand box sets only (ie no live Sky Atlantic channel).

Pure speculation of course, but it would be an elegant solution if true. Sky could continue to state that Sky Atlantic only appeared on the Sky EPG, while BT gets the content through Now TV and Virgin Media through box sets. Win-win all round.
