NTL seem to be offering free installation,
Half price BB for the first 3 months,
Free phone line for a year!!!

This seems almost too good to be true! Is it?

Is the free phone line, a version of the 3-2-1 calling plan but with a cost of ÃƒÆ’Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£0, so all I pay is the call costs?

Im not sure but i think its either free line rental or 1/2 price for 3 months.
Also if you pay ÃƒÆ’Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£1 extra and go on the 5p talk plan, you will get reduced rates to mobiles and only pay 5p for an off peak landlline call for the hour
