On it, and Damien I've just PM'd you. I'm a Paralegal for RTA, Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence cases now. Happy to give any forum members non-committal advice on such matters but am not touting for business.
My advice in these cases would always always
always be to avoid leaving the other side insurer to handle it.
