If they're looking to stick with 10:1 then surely 500 would be 50 up?...
Also anyone on lower tiers seeing an upload increase? (IE 100meg to 10meg up?)

Can't edit for some reason.
Seems to be struggling here, highest i've seen is 26-28 up
