Hard Disk Error Help

I have a problem with a drive in NAS where 7 sectors of that drive has become corrupt according to the Storage Manager.

Now my problem is when i try and access a file thats been affected it causes the NAS to crash and become unresponsive and i have to reboot the NAS and try file by file.

What i wanna know is, Is there there a way of finding out what files on the drive is corrupt for me to avoid these and backup when i want?

Help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
