We're
adding restrictions to:
1) The second biggest economic bloc in the world
2) Our biggest single trading partner by far
3) Our closest trading partner by far.
It's going to take quite a lot to match that elsewhere let alone exceed it.
Especially since most trade takes place between countries close to each other.
