I wouldn't put it past them to do something of this magnitude, just look at what happened in the 2016 U.S Elections, Hillary and the DNC paying for the fake Russian dossier and Hillary getting the questions to the debate, prior to it taking place..

Well he has been arrested and, if it is him, we'll soon see if this theory was right. I think everyone is greatly overestimating the competence and logical thinking capabilities of the type of person who would send bombs in the post though.
Also I don't see why the Republicans are worried about the mid-terms. We all know that if the Democrats win the house it will be declared 'rigged!!!' by the Trump fans anyway.
