if she was accessing a school account perhaps she had to log into that rm page to get on the internet? Like when you use the wifi in a hotel or something similar, and it makes you log into the wireless, but then again via a web browser to go on the internet?

Many thanks for this....it's when we typed gmail into google it takes us direct to the Rm Inify log in page...http is somethings like gmail/login - rm unify....... tried to simple delete the rm unify part but it just keeps reappearring.
