'Vivid 200' for the BB, although I made them state very clearly to me that I'd stay on 200Gamer. So another call to the retentions team for a re-upgrade and a new box... ach!

You do get 30 days cooling off i think and i don't think 200gamer exists anymore but i could be wrong.

When i phoned retentions last week my modem rebooted while i was agreeing to the price reduction and new contract and i was bumped from 150mbit to 200mbit.

I never signed an econtract or maybe just opening the email from them did that as on MYVM it says Contract signed on: Accepted?
