Like many i have been constantly spammed by VM on my house phone and mobile every few weeks and i was told if you didn't want to receive marketing calls you needed to either phone them up or contact someone on their forum to get this changed which i thought was a pain in the ass.
However after logging into My Virgin Media today i now see the option in
My Profile/My Preferences to disable this myself.
Not sure how long it has been there but thought i would spread the word in case others didn't know.
