You may have seen Virgin Media customers are having problems accessing UKTV channels (e.g. Dave, Really, Gold & Yesterday) as the two companies fight over costs etc.

Because of this, many have decided to complain (rightfully so) and either got a reduced bill (£13-£30 monthly reduction) or were allowed to simply walk away from their contract completely, without any fees.

So if you're a Virgin Media customer and you miss those channels, go on live chat or pick up the phone and complain (politely) to Virgin Media about this and see what they will offer you.
