I saw a couple of minutes of a program a few months ago, it was the 3rd episode so I recorded the rest of the series and downloaded the 1st 2 from catch-up.

By time we got around to watching it the downloaded first 2 episodes had disappeared - not happy
It's probably on Netflix now!
