Just wondering, there is a deal on my account to upgrade BB to 350mb for £6.06 extra a month. but it says there is a £20 activation fee and when I click next it goes on about an installation pack sent to me or pick up to get things up and running.

Seen as I already have 200mb I don't understand why I can't just click upgrade and job done?
