The EU will be surprised since we haven't started the proper talks on the agreement.
The Government really is a disaster at the moment. Two years to each a starting point and even then it looks like it cannot survive. A British Citizen murdered quite possibly by a foreign state, and the foreign secretary resigns over Brexit the same day. We don't even know if the PM will survive in the job! Then what? The Brexiters who've spent the last two years avoiding giving any clue into what this great deal we would could be? They're going to take over despite
doing nothing for the last two years?
Remember when the trade deal was going to the easiest thing in the world? That the EU will come to us begging for a deal? No clue at all.
