BREAKING: District Court Judge Sullivan, is not satisfied with Special Counsel's Robert Mueller III's explanation for kicking the sentencing of General Flynn, down the road for the third time. Wants to see Flynn in court on July 10th for a Status hearing.

Judge Sullivan has requested an explanation from Mueller's team as to why he should diverge from his typical sentencing routine. Specifically, he asked why “the Court should expand the Probation Office’s resources and depart from the Court’s usual practice of ordering a pre-sentence report, scheduling a sentencing date, and establishing a sentencing briefing schedule at the same time.
