My 100 meg broadband was working great till the end of may when work on the network in my area was carried out, it then slowed down my main PC is connected by ethernet and is over 100 meg normally.
I rang virgin broadband support many times to be eventually told that my PC was at fault and it was not the network,the fault strangely was only on ethernet which ran at 10 meg I then switched to wifi which ran at 70 meg so I left it for a few days.
Today I decided to try ethernet again and it is back to normal running at over 100 meg so I dont think broadband support is not very helpful my PC was not at fault it was the network.
